Kathmandu, Joint Trade Union Coordination Committee (JTUCC) organized a joint press meet in Reporters club to include labour agenda in the new constitution. All of the trade union leader from JTUCC affiliates present in the press meet and urge the Government of Nepal and major political parties to make provision of social security, 10% workers representation in all governmental structure, Labour commission, rights to strike and voting rights of migrants workers in the constitution. From major Trade Union Nepal Trade Union Congress (NTUC), General Federation of Nepalese Trade Union (GEFONT) and All Nepal Trade Union Federation (ANTUF) lead the press meet. Mr. Mahendra Pd. Yadav, General-Secretary of NTUC, Mr. Bishnu Lamsal, General-Secretary of GEFONT and Mr. Ganesh Pd. Regmi, General-Secretary of ANTUF address the press meets on the behalf of respective trade Unions. MR. Bishwanath Pyakurel, President of CONEP also addresses the meet.
