Birgunj, Parsa Nepal Factory Labour Union I(NFLU) affiliates union of Nepal Trade Union Congress (NTUC) was organized 2- Day seminar on workers problem and possible solution in Birgunj, Parsa on 15-16 August 2015 with the support of International Labour Organization (ILO). More than 40 Participants from different enterprises Union and leaders of Nepal Factory Labour Union were actively participated and contributed their view on the issues. Participants were discussed on the following issues i.e. workplace and working condition, Right to organize, collective bargaining as minimum wage, Workers social security, OSH, gender rights etc. Mr. Dhirendra Kumar Singh, President of Nepal Factory Labour Union (NFLU) chair the program and Mr. Lalit Sharestha, Vice-President (Service Sector) was invited as a chief guest in the seminar.
