Nepal Trade Union Congress has successfully concluded the National Conference in Kathmandu on 01-02 May, 2016 on the occasion of May Day. More than thousand delegates of 25 national affiliates participated in the conference from 73 districts among 75 districts of Nepal. The national Conference also amended the laws and bylaws and ratified different agenda. The conference was organized at a crucial time as the new constitution already promulgated and now challenges to implement it. The conference was deliberated on Nepal’s political peace process, workers’ position in the federal system. The program was chaired by Mr. Khila Nath Dahal, President of Nepal Trade Union Congress (NTUC). The master of ceremony of this conference was General-Secretary, Mr. Mahendra Prasad Yadav.   President of Nepali Congress Party (NC) Mr. Sher Bahadur Deuba was invitated as a chief guest and he urged that now we have new constitution and for this Nepalese trade unions had played a crucial role for its timely proclamation. Mr. Deuba also assured that Nepali Congress party always with labour and Labour issues. Mr. Deuba inaugurated the program and prays for success of the conference. During the opening session so many guest are deliberated their speech. Mr. Bimlendra Nidhi, Mr. Bal Krishna Khand and Mr. Shekhar Koirala was also attended the opening session and deliberated their whises to success of conference.
