organization development workshop concluded at Kathmandu

Nepal trade Union congress concluded 2 day regional workshop on organizational development in kathmandu, Nepal . The workshop welcomed 8 Bagmati region district: Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, Lalitpur, Sindhupalchowk, Nuwakot, Dhading, Rasuwa Ramechhap and Dolakha. Among the attendees were also the several affiliated union. They presented their organizational and financial report in the session. The program was chaired by Binod Karki (NTUC Bagmati Region) and the Chief Guest was NTUC president Mr. Khilanath Dahal.
President Khilanath stress the process and procedural of development of organization in different sectors. He also urge every participation to clear all the misunderstanding in whatever regards. Chief Vice president Mr. Ramjee Kunwar said to be careful and take seriously about the importance of the organization and workshop, Vice President Ayodhya prasad Yadav advice the organization is important and thus the attention of all the district and affiliates union is essential in it, Vice President Ganesh Niraula encourages to clear the issues and cases regarding the constitution revision, General Secretary Mahendra Prasad Yadav told only to speak to the context, Treasure Yogendra Kunwar set the code of conduct such a exclusion of mobile phones during the session, disciplines to be maintained in the session and so on.
Similarly, the session started with the brief introduction about the workshop and its importance. The online data base system, authentication and verification of the NTUC member were focal agenda discussed during the session. The preceding mechanism on how to network, coordinate and develop the organization was also dealt accordingly. Task and procedure of strengthening and establishing the financial system was also ventured in the 2 day workshop.
Finally, the program concluded with the joint mechanism and understanding in the data base online system. And also the attention and effectiveness that must be follow in different district and affiliates union program and workshop was also key focus of the workshop.
