18 September, 2016 Amid the far distance, NTUC organized the two day Organization Development Workshop in Dhangadhi. President of NTUC Khilanath Dahal, Senior Vice President Ramjee Kunwar, Vice President Ganesh Niraula, General Secretary Mahendra Prasad Yadav, Treasurer Yogendra Kunwar and also the member of NTUC central committee were among the participant. NTUC President Dahal informed about the practices of the system in the neighbouring country India and also gave example how the Trade union of that nation is able to verify their true members. Senior Vice president gave emphasis about the workshop and session. The program is fundamental for the replenishment of the organization and its member, he added. Similarly, Vice President MR. Niraula gave reason to understand the constitution and need for revising it. General Secretary created the boundary to the participant only to speak about the given issue and the context. Accordingly, Treasurer Mr. Yogendra Kunwar gave some code of conduct and put some serious disciplinary task that must be followed during the session. Finally, the Two day workshop focused upon the online data base system. This helped to authenticate the members of NTUC and also ease to record the members and affiliates Union within the organization. District representatives also gave glance of their organizational and financial status during the event.
