Nepal Trade Union Congress Education Department organized an orientation session on the technical part of the Trade Union Database Management System to its districts and affiliates. Technical experts presented Trade Union Management database system, which is used to manage the workflow of trade union particularly, the database. It also helps to facilitate the day to day activities of affiliates union and the data record of members. We are using the three tier architecture to make the application robust, secure and effective. It is web based with multi browser supporting, platform and device independent application. Microsoft SQL server Database is used to store the database and Developing with ASP.NET C#.

There were about 36 Key representatives of its affiliates Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, Lalitpur Districts and Province Three were participated the technical orientation session.

The briefing session was chaired by Mr. Ganesh Pd. Niroula – Vice President of NTUC who responded some of the practical issues.  The program was organized by NTUC Education Department. Similarly, other leaders Mr. Ayodhyaya Pd. Yadav- Vice President of NTUC and Mr. Yogendra Kunwar – Treasure of the NTUC highlighted the importance of the Trade Union Management database system and its functions.
