Nepal Trade Union Congress Kaski District concluded Organization expansion Workshop

Nepal Trade Union Congress Kaski district held Organization Workshop at  Nepal Trade Union Congress office Pokhara. Nepal Trade Union Congress Senior Vie President Mr. Ramji Kunwar was the Chief Guest of the program. Similarly, President of Provice no.4 Mr. Murari Sharma and President of Nepal Embroidery, Handicraft and Sewing Knitting Workers (NEHSKW) Mr. Tej Prasad Rijal were Special Guest of the program. The program was chaired by President of Nepal Trade Union Congress Kaski Ms. Kuldevi Baral.

Senior Vice president of NTUC, stressed a great concern of organization expansion. He also urged to take the process effectively cause it helps to secure the rights and needs of the workers and unite the labour in definite periphery. Likewise, Mr. Sharma told that in order to make the province strong its units need to be perfect. Also, Mr. Rijal told that NTUC always acts in the favour of the workers. Accordingly, Ms. Baral mentioned some of the ongoing activties by NTUC initiation Like, Supporting Grass Root Level, Migration and so on. Together we can make a change and that will only be possible by engaging in the organization, she added.

The workshop main objectives was to explain and discuss about data base, its implementation, responsibility, etc. More than 50 partiipants took part in the workshop and it was interactive as well. The decision came into consensus regarding the implementation of data base method, collection through the procedure, responsibilty allocation to the representatives and members of NTUC and its members and so on. The workshop lasted upto 5 hours.
