National Women Committee of Nepal Trade Union Congress (NTUC) organized a half day orientation program on women leadership and capacity development program on 9 June 2024 in NTUC central office, Anamnagar. NTUC leaders, women representatives from affiliates as well as representatives from District Committees from Kathmandu valley participated in the program. The program was chaired by President of National Women Committee. Nepali Congress Central Committee member Ms. Sushila Mishra Bhatt presented paper on the contemporary issues focusing issues of women. The facilitator presented on different topics highlighting on presentation skills, communications style, and need of capacity development among others. Brief interaction was also held during the program.
