Cooperation agreement completed between Nepal Trade Union Congress and Turkey Trade Union Memursen
September 21, 2017, Kathmandu.
Nepal Trade Union Congress and Turkey Trade Union Memursen came into cooperation agreement here at Nepal Trade Union Congress meeting hall, Anamangar, Kathmandu. The agreement was signed by Nepal Trade Union Congress President Mr. Khila Nath Dahal and Deputy President of Memursen Turkey Mr. Gunay Kaya. Vice president of NTUC Mr. Ganesh Niraula, Women Vice president Ms. Rama Poudel, Treasurer Mr. Yogendra kumar Kunwar were the representives who took part in the agreement. Similiarly, On the behalf of Turkey Memursen Union, International Relation expert Mr Ugur Muftuoglu and Osman Timurtas, Head of International Relation also took part in the important meeting.
Also, The representatives introduced each other and thier union and their vision, mission and objectives. The guest were excited to know about Nepaal and the role of NTUC from the background. Therefore, President Dahal gavve the discription about the pofille of the orgaization, structure, target areas, contribution in democracy establishment in the country. He also described the role of NTUC in recently revised labour law, amendments of social security bill by the parliament and also the labour welfare fund.
The meeting went for 3 hours in which Himalayan TV journalist Mr Bhuwan Bhatta also attended the cooperation agreement signed between the Two Unions and there were some informal talk about the consitution provisions, local, provincial election and aos on.
